You get clear reporting on impressions, candidates, conversion, and placement. Where we use AI to recommend or rank, we'll tell you what it does, and we don't use black-box automation to make hiring, admissions, or eligibility decisions on anyone's behalf.

Candidate data is minimized, protected, and shared only for the purposes each user authorized. For talent accessing Runwayz through institutional programs, including users under 17, we apply additional safeguards and honor the consents and obligations that come with serving those users.

Honor the consents that got us here.
Use candidate information only for the recruiting purposes you have permission for. If you serve underage talent through an institution, follow the consent, supervision, and program-design rules that came with that access. They're what make the youth tier possible.
